What has changed?

The AgentZone (formerly the Agent Area) has been rebuilt from the ground up with a modern, secure login system, a richer dashboard, live business reports, a per-day availability planner, an integrated pricing calculator, and a cleaner bookings workflow.

Everything you used before still works - but now it's faster, safer, and looks great on your phone.

All screenshots have been anonymised for illustration - real customer names, addresses and IDs have been replaced with sample data. However, all the screenshots are from a real Agent Dashboard.

A dashboard that tells you what matters at a glance

The moment you log in, you see today's date, how many pick-ups are waiting and how many loads are already collected. No hunting through menus. No mental maths.

Pick-ups, sorted by Today, Tomorrow and Next Day

Your pick-up list is now organised into date chips so you can plan your route in seconds. Each booking is a card showing the customer, time slot and status - tap "View Details & Actions" to expand.

Tap a booking and you see the address, phone number, customer requirements and every action you need - without leaving the page.

Update the booking, get paid, print an invoice - from one card

When you've collected the ironing, the green "Update the Booking" button sends a payment request to the customer AND triggers your payout. Invoice options sit right underneath.

Card payments are built in - no card reader needed. Fees are automatically deducted before you're paid.

Picked-Up view shows what's paid, what's owed, and who's ironing what

Every load you've collected is listed with its final amount, payment status and which member of your team is ironing it. Return dates are front and centre so nothing gets forgotten.

Completed bookings now have a proper search bar. Look up any past job by customer name, invoice number, phone or postcode - even from years ago.
